Australia's MLG OZ hits 7-month high on positive HY earnings

** Shares of MLG OZ  MLG.AX  rise as much as 13.3% to
A$0.725, their highest level since July 19, 2023
    ** The mine-site service provider posts HY net profit
attributable of A$7.1 mln ($4.63 mln) versus A$2.6 mln from
previous year
    ** Co says HY revenue from ordinary activities rose 28.7% to
A$226.4 mln
    ** About 480,540 shares change hands, 7.9 times the 30-day
average volume of shares
    ** Stock has risen 2.4% this year, as of last close 

   ($1 = 1.5326 Australian dollars)
