BUZZ-MMG hits nearly 12-week low after completion of convertible bond issue ** Shares of miner MMG Ltd 1208.HK slip 4.1% to HK$7.34, their lowest point since March 31
** MMG says the issue of $800 mln zero coupon convertiblebonds due 2027 has been completed and China Minmetals Corp's (CMC) shareholding will be diluted to 60.8% from 63.7% on full conversion of the bonds into company shares
** Adds, its unit Khoemacau Copper in the Republic of Botswana has entered into construction materials and services supply deals with MCC23 and MCC15 for the construction of the concentrate plant and boxcut mining infrastructure at Khoemacau mine
** MCC23 is an indirect subsidiary of CMC, the controlling shareholder of MMG
** YTD, MMG down 14.3%, benchmark Hang Seng Index .HSI down 9%
