** MMG said its controlling shareholder China Minmetals Non-ferrous Metals has entered into framework agreement to buy molybdenum concentrate produced at Peru's Las Bambas mine from the company's unit, Minera Las Bambas S.A., in 2026, 2027, 2028

** Benefit of reducing the administrative burden and costs associated with compliance with laws and regulations to which the group is subject - MMG

** YTD, stock up 252.3%, Hang Seng Index .HSI up 27.8%
