Australia's Delecta rises as co resumes operations at Colorado uranium mine

** Shares of Delecta Ltd  DLC.AX  rise as much as 40% to
A$0.014, marking their biggest intraday percentage gain since
Sept 7 
    ** The uranium-vanadium exploration investment co says it
has resumed exploration programmes at its REX uranium project in

    ** "Due to renewed optimism surrounding future uranium
pricing, the company recently decided to ramp up exploration at
its majority owned REX uranium-vanadium project," Managing
Director Malcolm Day says 
    ** Stock on track for a second consecutive session of gains
and hits highest since Sept 7 
    ** About 150 mln shares change hands, compared with a 30-day
average of 23.2 mln shares 
    ** Stock up 66.7% this year, as of last close
