 Annual General Meeting Results

 

Mobeus Income & Growth VCT plc is pleased to announce that all of the
resolutions proposed at the Annual General Meeting held on 24 May 2023 were
approved by Shareholders.

 

Proxy votes were received in respect of 5,277,572 Ordinary Shares,
representing 3.11% of the issued share capital as at 22 May 2023.
