Mobeus Income & Growth VCT plc ("the Company") is pleased to announce that
all of the resolutions proposed at the General Meeting of the Company held
today, 12 October 2022, were approved by shareholders.

Proxy votes were received in respect of 5,098,798 Ordinary Shares,
representing 3.7 % of the issued share capital as at 11 October 2022.
