Transaction in the Company's own shares and Total Voting Rights

 

Mobeus Income & Growth VCT plc announces that on 7 October 2022 it
purchased 264,268 of the Company's own ordinary shares at a price of 64.17
pence per share for cancellation.

 

Following this transaction, the Company has in issue 136,701,588 Ordinary
shares with a nominal value of 1 penny each, all with voting rights.
