Directorate Change

Mobico Group PLC announces that Karen Geary, Senior Independent Director, has
informed the Board that she does not intend to stand for re-election at the
Group's 2026 Annual General Meeting, after completing nearly seven years on
the Board.

The Company will announce a new Senior Independent Director in due course.

Phil White, Executive Chair of Mobico said: On behalf of the Board, I would
like to thank Karen for all her hard work and commitment over the past 7
years. This has been a challenging period for the Group and Karen's membership
on the board has been extremely valuable for us. We will miss her and we give
her all our best wishes for the future.
