UK's Mondi first-half profit slumps 70% as Iran war drives up costs July 30 (Reuters) - Paper and packaging group Mondi MNDI.L reported a 70% decline in first-half underlying pre-tax profit on Thursday, as supply chain disruptions as well as higher energy and raw material costs linked to the prolonged Iran war hit its margins.
