Dec 29 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers,
acquisitions and disposals were reported by 10:44 GMT, on
Friday:

    ** Spanish pharma group Grifols  GRLS.MC  said it had agreed
to sell a 20% stake in China's Shanghai RAAS Blood Products
002252.SZ for approximately $1.8 billion to Chinese home

    **  Engie Brasil  EGIE3.SA  said it had reached a deal to
sell a 15% stake in natural gas pipeline firm TAG to Canadian
investment fund Caisse de Depot et Placement du Quebec (CDPQ)

    ** Japan-based brokerage firm Monex Group  8698.T  said it
will acquire a majority stake in Canada's 3iQ Digital Holdings
