Dec 29 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers,
acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1502 GMT on Friday:
** Shares in Spanish pharma group Grifols GRLS.MC soared
on Friday after it agreed to sell a 20% stake in China's
Shanghai RAAS Blood Products 002252.SZ for about $1.8 billion
to Chinese home appliance company Haier Group Corporation.

** Engie Brasil EGIE3.SA said it had reached a deal to
sell a 15% stake in natural gas pipeline firm TAG to Canadian
investment fund Caisse de Depot et Placement du Quebec (CDPQ)

** Japan-based brokerage firm Monex Group 8698.T said it
will acquire a majority stake in Canada's 3iQ Digital Holdings
for $39.8 million, to boost its appeal to crypto-hungry

** UnitedHealth Group UNH.N said it had agreed to sell its
operations in Brazil to the founder and former CEO of health

** DBS Group Holdings DBSM.SI said it was raising its
stake in China's Shenzhen Rural Commercial Bank in a S$376
million ($284.72 million) deal, as it looks to tap into growing
