With reference to the earlier letter dated November 12, 2015 regarding Outcome of Board Meeting held on November 12, 2015, Moschip Semiconductor Technology Ltd has now informed BSE that Mr. C. Dayakar Reddy resigned only as a Managing Director of the Company and willing to continue to be as a Whole Time Director of the Company.
