India's Moschip Technologies hits record high on govt nod for project

** Shares of chip designer Moschip Technologies  MOSC.BO 
jump 10.27% to record high of 209.95 rupees; last up 6%
    ** Co said Indian government has approved a project under
its semiconductor design linked incentive scheme
    ** Project for smart energy meter development for integrated
circuits (IC) for Indian and overseas markets
    ** Around 5.6 mln shares traded, 2.7x the 30-day avg 
    ** Including session's gains, stock is up over 111% YTD
