** The heavy mineral sands explorer enters into joint
venture agreement with Sinowin Lithium (HK) Co., & SINOWIN
Lithium Cobalt to develop its Mozambique Corridor Sands projects
** Co says it shall hold a 30% stake of JV equity
** About 99.5 mln shares change hands, compared with the
30-day average volume of 2.5 mln
** Stock down 25% this year, as of last close
