** On track for biggest intraday pct rise since Aug 23, 2024
** Co agrees to buy solar power at 3.17 rupees a unit from Elevate Solar Energy for 25 years
** Says agreement aims at reducing energy costs and increasing renewable energy usage
** Co also plans to acquire a 26% stake in Elevate Solar Energy under a shareholders' agreement to be executed later
** YTD stock up nearly 150%
