UK's Mulberry falls after Frasers walks away from $144 mln bid

** British luxury brand Mulberry's  MUL.L  shares down 6.5%
at 107.5p
    ** Frasers Group  FRAS.L  walks away from its 111 mln pound
($143.73 mln) bid for Mulberry, adding it remains concerned
about governance at the British luxury brand
    ** Mulberry had rejected two proposals from British
sportswear and apparel retailer Frasers
    ** Frasers shares down marginally
    ** MUL stock down ~36%, while FRAS stock fell ~11% YTD
    
 ($1 = 0.7723 pounds)
