Munters jumps after lifting stake in Capsol Technologies

** Shares in Munters MTRS.ST rise 6.6% after the Swedish air treatment solutions provider announced it was increasing its stake in Norwegian Capsol Techonologies CAPSL.OL through a private placement

** Munters is increasing its investment by an additional two million euros ($2.34 million), paying a 19% premium to Capsol's last close

**  "We view the move as consistent with Munters' strategy to prioritize its Clean Tech segment, well-positioned to benefit from secular tailwinds," Jefferies says in a note

** Tailwinds include tightening emissions regulations and rising industrial sustainability commitments, the broker adds

** Jefferies also notes the investment follows Munters' acquisition of Airprotech in 2024, which has strengthened its capabilities and expanded its reach, particularly in Europe

** Today's gains added 1.5 billion Swedish crowns to company's market cap
