FRANKFURT, Nov 10 (Reuters) - EnBW EBKG.DE is currently
comfortable with its stakes in peers MVV Energie MVVGn.DE , EVN
AG EVNV.VI and Stadtwerke Duesseldorf and sees no immediate
need to sell, Chief Financial Officer Thomas Kusterer told
journalists.
EnBW, which earlier on Thursday released nine-month results,
in the past said it planned to sell the stakes.
Based on current market valuations, EnBW's 22.5 percent
stake in MVV is worth about 300 million euros ($326.70 million),
while its 32.2 percent stake in Austria's EVN is worth about 630
million.
