FRANKFURT, Feb 12 (Reuters) - German utility MVV Energie
MVVGn.DE , Germany's seventh-largest utility by sales, said its
target of reaching up to 195 million euros ($221 million) in
operating profit this year had become more challenging, citing
mild temperatures that curbed energy demand.
The company in December had guided for adjusted earnings
before interest and tax (EBIT) of 180-195 million euros in the
fiscal year 2014/2015, up from 173 million in the previous year.
"This target is now more ambitious," Chief Executive Georg
Mueller said in a statement on Thursday.
