New Zealand's My Food Bag rises on upbeat annual results

** Shares of New Zealand's My Food Bag MFB.NZ rise as much as 5.7% to NZ$0.280, hitting their highest level since May 11

** Meal kit and food solutions business reports annual revenue of NZ$170.2 million ($99.87 million), up 5% on prior corresponding period

** Adds, NPAT of NZ$6.7 million, 5.3% higher than pcp

** Also announces final dividend of 1.15 NZ cents per share

** Stock up over 14% this year, including the day's move
