The Company has been notified of a transaction which took place on 28 May 2019 whereby Lord David Alliance transferred the pledge over 1,348,096 ordinary shares owned by him in the capital of the Company from Bank Hapoalim to the Royal Bank of Scotland.
 
This transaction does not result in a change to the total number of shares pledged, nor a change to the total shareholding of Lord Alliance in the issued share capital of the Company.
 
This announcement is made in accordance with Article 19 of the EU Market Abuse Regulation 596/2014
