N Brown says shareholder to buy UK online retailer for $248 mln

Oct 17 (Reuters) - N Brown Group BWNG.L said on
Thursday its fourth biggest shareholder Joshua Alliance will buy
the British online retailer for about 191 million pounds ($247.9
million).
N Brown shareholders, which include Mike Ashley's Frasers
Group FRAS.L , will get 40 pence per share in cash.
($1 = 0.7704 pounds)
