Appointment of Company Secretary
N Brown Group plc announces the appointment of Theresa Casey as Group Company Secretary and Head of Legal Services with immediate effect. Theresa is a qualified solicitor who joined the Company in January 2015. Theresa succeeds Philip Harland who is retiring. The Board would like to place on record its thanks to Philip for his significant contribution to the Company during his fifteen years of service and to wish him well for the future.
