Director Declaration
In accordance with rule 9.6.14R of the Listing Rules, the Company announces that Angela Spindler, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, has been appointed to the Board of DIA, which is listed on the Madrid stock exchange, as a Non-Executive Director with immediate effect.
The Company has also been informed that Ms. Spindler will step down from her role as Non-Executive Director at Manchester Airport Group with effect from 31 March 2016.
