Director Declaration
In accordance with rule 9.6.14R of the Listing Rules, the Company announces that Ron McMillan, Senior Independent Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee of N Brown Group Plc, has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of HomeServe Plc with immediate effect. Ron will take on the Chairmanship of the Audit & Risk Committee at HomeServe Plc on 28 February 2018.
Ron is currentlySenior Independent Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee of SCS Plc and 888 Holdings plc. He is also Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee of B&M European Value Retail SA.
