The Company announces that it has been advised of the following transfers, each for nil consideration:
1. 15 March 2017 - a change of co-shareholder on joint trustee from the joint names of Lord Alliance and Sara Esterkin to the joint names of Lord Alliance and David Alliance & Sons Limited in respect of 1,866,429 ordinary shares
2. 15 March 2017 - transfer was from the joint names of Lord Alliance and Sara Esterkin to the joint names of Sara Esterkin and Lord Alliance in respect of 2,129,071 ordinary shares
These trades were made in error and have subsequently been reversed as follows:
3. 21 March 2017 - reversal of transaction 1
4. 21 March 2017 - reversal of transaction 2
No change in beneficial interest of Lord Alliance and of Graham Alliance and Sara Esterkin in the Company resulted from the transfers.
