The Company announces that it has been advised of the following transfers, each for nil consideration:
1. 23 May 2017 - a change of co-shareholder on joint trustee from the joint names of Lord Alliance and Sara Esterkin to the joint names of Lord Alliance and David Alliance & Sons Limited in respect of 1,866,429 ordinary shares
2. 23 May 2017 - a transfer from the joint names of Lord Alliance and Sara Esterkin to the joint names of Sara Esterkin and Lord Alliance in respect of 2,129,071 ordinary shares
No change in beneficial interest of Lord Alliance and of Graham Alliance and Sara Esterkin in the Company resulted from the transfers.
