Director/PDMR Shareholdings

N Brown Group plc (the "Company") announces that, 94,517 ordinary shares of 11
1/19 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"), were issued to its Chief Executive
Officer, Steve Johnson, and 71,131 Ordinary Shares were issued to its Chief
Financial Officer, Rachel Izzard on 27 May 2022, representing 40 per cent of
the value of bonus awards in respect of the 52 weeks ended 26 February 2022 in
accordance with the terms of the Company's annual bonus scheme. The Ordinary
Shares were issued from the Company's Employee Share Ownership Trust and are
not subject to any performance conditions but are subject to a three-year
holding period.
