DIRECTORATE CHANGE
The Board of N Brown Group plc announces that it has been advised by non-executive director Simon Patterson that he wishes to resign from the Board following the April 2016 Board meeting in order to take up another role outside the Company. An external agency has been appointed to assist in the recruitment of a replacement non-executive director, in relation to which a further announcement will follow in due course.
