DIRECTORATE CHANGE

 

N Brown Group Plc ("N Brown") announces that Richard Moross, a non-executive
director, has notified the Board of his intention to step down from the Board
of N Brown. Mr Moross will step down from the Board following the conclusion
of the Annual General Meeting in July and will not stand for re-election.
