FULL YEAR RESULTS FOR THE 53 WEEKS ENDED 4 MARCH 2017
By reference to the RNS Announcement of N Brown Group PLC released on 27th April 2017 under RNS No 4728D the Dividend Record Date is shown, under the heading "14. Dividend", as 6 July 2017 which is incorrect. 
The following amendment(s) has been made so that the correct Dividend Record Date will be 7 July 2017.

The final proposed dividend of 8.56 pence per share, subject to approval by shareholders, will be paid on 4 August 2017 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 7 July 2017.
