DIVIDEND RECORD DATE CORRECTION
FIRST HALF RESULTS FOR THE 26 WEEKS ENDED 2 SEPTEMBER 2017
By reference to the RNS Announcement of N Brown Group PLC released on 12th October 2017 under

RNS No 3770T the Dividend Record Date is shown, under the heading "12. Dividends", as 13 December 2017 which is incorrect.
The following amendment has been made so that the correct Dividend Record Date will be 15 December 2017.
The full amended text is shown below *.
*14. Dividends
"The directors have declared and approved an interim dividend of 5.67 pence per share (H1 FY17 5.67p).
This will be paid on 12 January 2018 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 15 December 2017.
During H1 FY18 dividends of 24.2m relating to FY17 were paid."
