 * Placing of existing shares and top-up subscription of new shares under the 
   general mandate  3918.HK  
 * Subscriber, the guarantor, the company and the placing agents entered into 
   the placing and subscription agreement 
 * Intends to use the net proceeds from the subscription for the fit-out of the 
   TSCLK complex 
 * Net proceeds from the subscription are expected to be approximately HK$930 
   million
