10.3% to A$0.075, on track for their best day since Aug. 20
** Gold explorer says signed joint venture agreement with
Australia-based Golden Camel Mining Pyt Ltd for construction and
operation of a gold toll treatment plant at Nagambie Mine,

** Expects construction at Nagambie Mine to start in
November and commissioning to occur in June 2022
** More than 210,000 shares trade vs the 30-day moving
average of about 96,000 shares
