Grant of Awards under Group Share Option Plan 
NAHL (AIM: NAH), a leader in the UK consumer legal services market, announces that on 23 April 2021, it awarded options over ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") under the NAHL Group Share Option Plan, as set out below:

These options are granted in the form of nil cost share options ("Restricted Share Awards") with vesting ordinarily subject to continued employment, normally over at least a three-year period.  Although no performance metrics will apply to Restricted Share Awards, the Remuneration Committee of the Board will have discretion to amend the vesting outcome should the amount vesting not reflect the Committee's assessment of overall business performance. The options awarded to Mr Saralis were made following consultation with the Company's major shareholders. 
 
Following the grant of these options, Mr Saralis is now interested in a total of 549,325 share options in the Company.
