    * Says it plans to issue 20,137,820 shares of the company to
merge
with Namu Tech Co Ltd, a software development and supply firm
    * Merger ratio is 1 : 8.7090000 between the company and Namu
Tech
Co., Ltd.
    * The company will survive and Namu Tech Co., Ltd will be
dissolved after merger 
    * Expected merger effective date is Nov. 26
