at $19 after market
** Company says Nano Dimension NNDM.O has increased offer
price of its unsolicited partial tender offer to acquire SSYS's
shares it does not already own to $24.00/shr from $20.05/shr
** Stratasys' board will evaluate the revised offer
** As of last close, Stratasys shares up ~59% YTD
