** Shares of New Zealand's Napier Port Holdings NPH.NZ rise as much as 3.8% to NZ$3.420, their highest point since May 6, 2021

** Napier Port posts annual underlying net profit after tax of NZ$28.3 million ($15.95 million), a 36.5% jump from previous year

** Revenue of the Napier Port operator increases 11.6% to NZ$157.7 million for full year, supported by strong container services volume growth and yield improvements across all trade areas

** Declares fully imputed final dividend of 8 NZ cents per share

** Around 141,000 shares change hands, nearly 1.4x 30-day average

** NPH gains 37.7%, YTD
