** Narryer Metals Ltd  NYM.AX  gains as much as 37.14% to
A$0.240, its highest since April 28
    ** Co enters option agreement to acquire Rocky Gully Rare
Earth Element (REE) project in Western Australia 
    ** Says option period is nine months and non-refundable
option fee of A$20,000 ($13,450.00) was paid by co on signing 
    ** Stock marks highest intraday pct gain since Aug 31
    ** Volumes are 15.3 times the 30-day average of 123,259
shares
    ** Narryer stock down 39.7% since its debut on April 14
