National World gains on dividend plans

** Shares of Britain's National World NWOR.L up 23.2% at
22.8p, among top pct gainers across London stocks
** Says it expects to propose a maiden dividend for 2022

** NWOR set to post best day since Dec 2021, if gains hold
** We look ahead into 2023 with confidence given our rapidly
evolving operating model to restore revenue growth and we
maintain our expectations for the Group's performance - Chairman

** Sees FY22 adjusted earnings before interest, taxes,
depreciation, and amortisation to be not less than 9.4 mln
pounds ($11.5 mln), lower than 10.1 mln pounds it reported a
year ago
** Also expects FY22 revenue to be not less than 84 mln
pounds, marginally down from 86 mln pounds reported a year
earlier
** NWOR's stock lost ~37% in 2022
