Date of Annual General Meeting

 

National World (LSE: NWOR) announces that the Annual General Meeting ("AGM")
previously scheduled for 29 May 2025 has been postponed until 26 June 2025 at
11:00am.

 

The Board have made this decision following delays to the sanctioning of the
Scheme of Arrangement and, separately, subsequent to the London Stock Exchange
announcement made by the Company on 28 March 2025.
