Directorate change

 

National World (LSE: NWOR) announces that Vijay Vaghela, Chief Operating
Officer, has given the board notice of his resignation, effective on 30 June
2023, to subsequently pursue other business interests.

 

During this period the board will appoint Mr. Vaghela's successor and ensure
an orderly handover.

 

Mr. Vaghela said: "Having overseen the PLC's establishment and commenced its
transformation, the business is now on a strong financial footing and poised
for its next phase of strategic development."

 

The Company confirms that there is no change to the trading update published
on 26 May and the board expects performance for the year to be in line with
expectations.
