The company said it plans to offload three business units

ABB is also considering a sale of its North American
mechanical power transmission business Dodge, according to
people familiar with the matter, Bloomberg reported.
LONZA LONN.S
Lonza made its first commercial batch of the main ingredient
in Moderna's Covid-19 vaccine candidate in the U.S. last week
and plans to start European production by the end of the month,
Chairman Albert Baehny told Bloomberg.
