Sept 1 (Reuters) - Nederman  NMAN.ST : 
     
   * Says acquires company with expertise in industrial process- 
and air treatment. 
   * Says has signed an agreement to acquire 100 percent of 
shares in Filtac 
   * Says Filtac has a revenue of 50 million SEK  
   * Filtac AB is active in process- and air treatment for 
industrial applications. Filtac holds patents for leading 
technologies and products targeting oil mist treatment, a 
residue from metal fabrication
