Sustainable process technology developer, Neometals Ltd (ASX: NMT & AIM:
NMT) ("Neometals" or "the Company") advises that the recently appointed Chief
Financial Officer, Chris Kelsall (see ASX announcement dated 3 June 2024), has
also been appointed Company Secretary to replace the departing Jason Carone.
