Director / PDMR Shareholding

 

Emerging battery materials producer, Neometals Ltd (ASX: NMT & AIM: NMT)
("Neometals" or the "Company"), advises that it has been notified by
Non-Executive Director Jenny Purdie of dealings in the ordinary shares of no
par value in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), further details of which are set
out below.

 

On 4 December 2023, persons closely associated with Jenny Purdie,
Non-Executive Director, completed two consecutive off market transfers of
40,875 Ordinary Shares at a price of $0.195 per Ordinary Share. Following
these transactions, Ms Purdie's beneficial interest in Neometals remains
unchanged at 512,607 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.08% of the
issued share capital of the Company.
