Notice of Annual General Meeting

 Emerging sustainable battery materials producer, Neometals Ltd (ASX &
AIM: NMT) ("Neometals" or "the Company"), is pleased to announce that it will
hold its Annual General Meeting ("AGM) on Friday, 24 November 2023 at 3.00pm
(AWST) at the Parmelia Hilton Perth, 14 Mill Street, Perth, Western Australia.

The Company is not sending hard copies of the Notice of Meeting to
shareholders unless a shareholder has previously requested a hard copy. The
Notice of Meeting can be viewed and downloaded from this website
link: http://www.neometals.com.au/agm/ (http://www.neometals.com.au/agm/)
 or from the ASX Company Announcement Platform at asx.com.au . In order to
vote by proxy, the Form of Proxy is to be used, which has been sent to
shareholders. Please use the Form of Proxy in accordance with the instructions
printed on it.

In addition to the physical meeting, the Company plans to conduct a webinar
facility for shareholders should you wish to observe via the webinar facility
rather than attend in person. Technical difficulties may arise during the
course of the meeting and so the Directors still strongly encourage all
shareholders to lodge a directed proxy form prior to the meeting.  For the
proxy to be valid, the proxy form must be received by the Company by 3.00pm
(AWST) on Wednesday 22 November 2023.
