Netlist: Gets favorable order in U.S. trade panel's probe of SK Hynix

** Chip components maker's shares  NLST.O  up 83.7 pct at 27
cents premarket - set to open at more than 3-month high and
extend a 3-day rally
    ** NLST receives favorable claim construction order in U.S.
International Trade Commission (ITC) investigation of South
Korea's SK Hynix  000660.KS 
    ** On April 12, the Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) granted
SK Hynix's motion and decided to terminate the investigation
    ** But in May, the ITC remanded the case back to the ALJ, to
resolve the claim construction disputes and continue the
investigation
    ** "We are highly encouraged and believe this more thorough
positive review of NLST patents/claims and issues of a written
claim construction, greatly strength NLST key memory patents and
support our constructive view on the value inherent in the
company's patent portfolio," Roth Capital analysts say
    ** NLST down ~52 pct YTD vs 13.5 pct rise in the S&P 500
