* Says it will purchase 92,330 additional shares of a
Korea-based company, which has been engaged in the manufacturing
and sales of heat treater and heating coil
* Says it will hold 91 percent stakes (182,000 shares) in
the Korea-based company, up from 44.8 percent (89,670 shares)
* Effective date June 9
