** High-end computing solutions provider's QIP for a proposed fresh issue of equity shares opens on August 17
** Floor price set at 4,885.9 rupees, which represents a 6.3% discount to last close
** May offer a discount of up to 5% on the floor price, with the final issue price to be determined in consultation with the book-running lead manager, co says
